Starting in the Outdoor 2026 Season, ALL coaches and managers of SOSA League teams must have completed the *Mandatory Safe Sport Roster courses listed below to be rostered to a team, printed on the game sheet, and therefore allowed on the sidelines. Coaches must also have the appropriate coaching certification for the age group. (Learn to Train U10-U13, Soccer 4 Life U14+)

Effective for the 2027 season, a team may only roster a maximum of two managers per team.  Each manager must have the Safe Sport Roster Requirement and a current VSC.
