To enter, complete this form for each team. The deadline to enter the Festival Series is April 17, 2026.

Teams not joining the full Series must enter by the 1st of the month for that Festival, or earlier. (i.e., June 1st for June festivals, etc.)

June 14th is full! July 12th in Quinte West is also full. Aug 16th in Kingston has limited spaces.

We do have spaces in each division on July 26, Aug. 23 and Aug. 30. Please email me before entering to check.
