To enter, complete this form for each team. The deadline to enter the Festival Series is April 17, 2026.
Teams not joining the full Series must enter by the 1st of the month for that Festival, or earlier. (i.e., June 1st for June festivals, etc.)
June 14th is full! We do have a few spaces in each of the boys' divisions and lots of space in the girls' division for the other six dates.
