December 31, 2025 - SOSA Membership applications for 2026 season due to avoid $500 fee

March - mandatory pre-season Club Administrators' meeting (see Rule 21.01)

March 31 - deadline for Head Coach to activate team on League Management System (see Rule 4.03, $50 fine)

April 10, 2026 - submission deadline for blackout date requests from a team. See Rescheduling Policy for information and link to form.

April 15 - Playing Out Permission form deadline (see Rule 2.07)

May 1 - Head Coach and Manager for each team must be activated on the LMS. (see Rule 20.03)

May 1, 2026 - season start/end dates provided to Clubs (see Rules 15.01, 15.02)

May 1, 2026 - draft schedules posted on SOSA League Management System

May 1 - additional fine for withdrawing a team after this date (see Rule 2.05)

May 1 - deadline for reschedule request exemption due to team travel (see Rescheduling Policy)

May - mandatory pre-season Team Officials meeting. Each team must have one representative in attendance. (See Rule 21.02, $100 fine)

May 31 - deadline to submit details of any rescheduled games or the original date stands. (See Rescheduling Policy for information)

July 31 - deadline to roster any players to a team (see Rule 3.04)

July 31 - deadline to use TEP or STRP (see Rules 6.11, 6.12)
