Travel Permits

Travel Permits are required for competition that takes place outside of the SOSA District.  This includes tournaments, festivals and exhibition games.

This application must be done through Ontario Soccer's Competition and Travel Management System.

When submitting a request for a travel permit to be approved, please ensure the following documents are included in your application.

Outside of District

  • Ontario Soccer Approved Team Roster
  • Tournament/Festival Name
  • City you are travelling to

Outside of Province/Country

  • Ontario Soccer Approved Team Roster
  • Ontario Soccer Approved Team Roster for any guest players travelling with you ( if applicable)
  • City, Province or Country you are travelling to
  • Tournament Rules
  • Approved Tournament Sanction from host governing body
  • Travel Insurance purchased from Tugo for all participants attending
  • Provide a list of players not attending in the notes section of the application

Permits must be completed well in advance of travel to allow processing time.
